  • Frequency: Message frequency will vary. Free Fly reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time or change the short code/phone number, providing notification when necessary.

Cancellation & Help

To stop receiving messages, simply reply to any of our texts with one of the following keywords:

STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

Upon sending a cancellation keyword, you will receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed. If you require technical assistance or information, text the keyword HELP to our short code.

Deliverability & Carriers

Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Free Fly, its service providers, and supported mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major providers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) and various regional carriers.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

In the interest of resolving disputes in the most cost-effective manner, you and Free Fly agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Messaging Terms or your receipt of text messages will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act.

  • Waiver: By agreeing to these terms, you and Free Fly are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

  • Exceptions: You or Free Fly may still bring individual actions in small claims court, pursue enforcement through federal/state agencies, or seek relief for intellectual property infringement.

  • Process: Before seeking arbitration, the party must first send a written Notice of Dispute.
